Yeah I know a little dramatic, but so true. It would be the text message I sent my husband asking him out. I had liked Matt from a far and had tried talking to him, but he was so shy. I decided to give it one last shot and sent him a simple text message. It said Would like to go see the movie Hancock with me tomorrow. I was so nervous I texted him instead of calling and like that he replied yes. I remember we were both so nervous and we went to Culver's afterwards and as we were standing in the plot saying Good bye, he asked me if I wanted to go out the following weekend. I said yes of course and here we are now 3 years later.
It seems Corney I am sure to some that we celebrate the anniversary of our 1st date, but to us it was the day that changed our lives. By then end of July we knew we had found the one. And if I wouldn't have sent the text message we may never have known. So every year in our own way we do something to celebrate. God blessed us so much, and we have him to thank for us meeting. We met at church, and to us that the most special piece of the puzzle, cause God had his hand in our meeting from day one, without a doubt.
I hope you all have a wonderful day and amazing 4th tomorrow. And God Bless!
